Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups cream cheese or vanilla frosting
  • 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups Diamond of California® Macadamia Nuts

The Steps

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 inch baking sheet.
  2. Combine the cake mix, water, canola oil and eggs. Pour into prepared dish and bake according the box instructions.
  3. Allow the cake to cool completely, the spread the frosting evenly over the top.
  4. Cover the top left corner with blueberries, then place raspberries and macadamia nuts in alternating rows to create red and white stripes.
