Berry Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 container (32 oz) vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cups granola
  • 1 cups Diamond of California®’s Finely Diced Pecans

The Steps

  1. Place 1/2 cup Greek yogurt on the bottom of four Mason jars or cups.
  2. Top with 1/4 cup strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in each cup.
  3. Layer on 1/8 cup granola and pecans.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Cover and store in refrigerator until serving.

Best if used the same day! If you want to make these ahead of time, skip the granola and pecans in the parfaits and top them with pecans and granola when you serve them!
