Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Diamond of California® Walnut Halves, soaked in water overnight
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
The Steps
- Drain the walnuts and discard the soaking water.
- Add the walnuts, almond milk, frozen banana, fresh strawberries and cocoa powder to a blender.
- Blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes until mixture is smooth.
