- 1 Diamond of California® Ready to Use Pecan Pie Crust
- 1 (14 oz) can condensed milk
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup lime juice
- Garnish: lime slices, lime zest, whipped cream
The Steps
- In a large bowl, mix condensed milk, sour cream, and lime juice.
- Beat with electric mixer on medium-high speed until thick and smooth.
- Spoon mixture into Diamond of California® Ready to Use Pecan Pie Crust.
- Top with lime zest.
- Cover and refrigerate for approximately 3-4 hours or until completely set.
- Top with whipped cream if desired, garnish with thin slices of lime. Serve and enjoy!
