Bark and with Almonds and Sea Salt

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Diamond of California® Whole Almonds
- 1 lb 80% or above dark chocolate
- 1/2 tsp rock sea salt
The Steps
- If applicable, break the chocolate into small pieces and place 90% of it in a heat proof stainless steel bowl.
- Bring a ⅓ of a pot of water to boil and turn it down to simmer.
- Place the bowl on top of the pot and stir chocolate until melted.
- Once the chocolate is melted. Take the bowl off the pot and stir in the remainder chocolate. This will temper your chocolate.
- Mix in the almonds & sea salt.
- Carefully pour and spread the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Lightly tap the sheet on the counter to release any air bubbles.
- Allow to cool & harden for 2 hours.
