Blueberry Almond Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup baby kale leaves
- 1 ripe banana, broken into pieces
- 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 1/4 cup Diamond of California® sliced almonds
- 1 1/2-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- Honey to taste (about 1 tablespoon)
The Steps
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender.
- Add 1 1/2 cups almond milk and blend until smooth, adding additional almond milk as necessary to thin to desired consistency.
- Add honey to sweeten to taste and blend until well mixed.
- Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
