Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup baby kale leaves
  • 1 ripe banana, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1/4 cup Diamond of California® sliced almonds
  • 1 1/2-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • Honey to taste (about 1 tablespoon)

The Steps

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups almond milk and blend until smooth, adding additional almond milk as necessary to thin to desired consistency.
  3. Add honey to sweeten to taste and blend until well mixed.
  4. Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
