Boozy Cinnamon Hazelnut Milkshakes with Caramel Sauce

- 1/4 cup Diamond of California Hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 3/4 cup hazelnut milk
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
The Steps
- Pour the caramel sauce and the hazelnuts into two separate shallow bowls.
- Pick up each glass up-side down and dip the rim into the caramel sauce, then into the hazelnuts. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine the hazelnut milk (make your own with this recipe!), ice cream, whiskey and cinnamon. Blend until well combined.
- Carefully pour the milkshake into each glass and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle any remaining hazelnuts on top.
