Ingredients
- 1 cup packed basil leaves
- ¼ cup Diamond of California Pine Nuts
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
The Steps
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth. Serve immediately or cover and store chilled.
