Gorgonzola and Walnut Dip with Sage

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Diamond of California Walnuts, finely ground
  • 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp full fat Greek yogurt
  • 12 sage leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

The Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground walnuts, gorgonzola, cream cheese and Greek Yogurt. Use a spatula to thoroughly mix.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fold in the sage leaves, then transfer mixture to an oven safe bowl.
  4. Broil on high for 3 minutes until cheese begins to brown.
  5. Serve with sliced bread, crackers and pears.
