Gorgonzola and Walnut Dip with Sage

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Diamond of California Walnuts, finely ground
- 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 3 tbsp full fat Greek yogurt
- 12 sage leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
The Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground walnuts, gorgonzola, cream cheese and Greek Yogurt. Use a spatula to thoroughly mix.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in the sage leaves, then transfer mixture to an oven safe bowl.
- Broil on high for 3 minutes until cheese begins to brown.
- Serve with sliced bread, crackers and pears.
