Halloween Popcorn Balls

Ingredients
- 6 cups popped, unflavored popcorn
- 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 1 cup Diamond of California Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cup Candy Corn
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped Milky Way (or your favorite chocolate Halloween Candy)
The Steps
- In a large stockpot, melt the butter and marshmallows.
- Add the popcorn, pecans and candy corn. Stir until completely coated with marshmallow.
- Transfer to a large bowl and then add the chocolate candy and stir briefly until combined but chocolate isn’t melted.
- With damp hands, pick up a small handful of the popcorn mixture and roll it in your palm to form a ball. Set aside in a muffin tin, and repeat with the remaining popcorn mixture.
