Hazelnut Brazilian Brigadeiro

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon hazelnut spread
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Diamond of California® chopped walnuts
The Steps
- Add the first four ingredients to a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Mix together and continue stirring for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Allow to cool and thicken for 20 minutes.
- Use a small spoon to scoop out the chocolate.
- Butter the palms of your hands and roll the chocolate into app. quarter sized balls.
- Roll the balls in the chopped hazelnuts.
