Pickle Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Diamond of California Original Nut Coatings
  • 2 cups dill pickles, chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • Lemon Juice or pickle juice, to taste
  • salt & pepper, to taste

The Steps

  1. Toast the Nut Coatings in a skillet over medium-low heat until fragrant (5-7 minutes), stirring often. Add to a bowl to cool, set aside. 
  2. Add chopped pickles, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and ¾ cup of the toasted Nut Coatings, mixing well. Add optional lemon juice or dill pickle juice to achieve desired thickness. Add      salt & pepper to taste. 
  3. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with remaining ¼ cup of toasted Nut Coatings. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or veggies!
