- 1 cup Diamond of California Original Nut Coatings
- 2 cups dill pickles, chopped
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- Lemon Juice or pickle juice, to taste
- salt & pepper, to taste
The Steps
- Toast the Nut Coatings in a skillet over medium-low heat until fragrant (5-7 minutes), stirring often. Add to a bowl to cool, set aside.
- Add chopped pickles, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and ¾ cup of the toasted Nut Coatings, mixing well. Add optional lemon juice or dill pickle juice to achieve desired thickness. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with remaining ¼ cup of toasted Nut Coatings. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or veggies!
