Walnut Yogurt Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Diamond of California Chopped Walnuts
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh berries
- 2 tbsp honey
- mint to garnish
The Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease two 2.5 inch tart pans.
- In a food processor, combine the walnuts, butter and salt, pulse until combined.
- Press the mixture into the tar pans, place them on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow the tart shells to cool, the flip the over and pop them out of the pans onto a plate.
- Dollop ¾ cup yogurt into each tart shell.
- Top with berries, drizzle with honey before and sprinkle fresh mint on top before serving.
