Whole Wheat White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie Cake

Ingredients
- For the cookie mix
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Diamond of California® Macadamia Nuts
- Other ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup melted coconut oil
The Steps
To make cookie mix:
- In a large mason jar, layer the ingredients for the cookie mix as listed above. Add an instructions tag for the other ingredients and how to prep the cookies!
To make the cookies:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Add the ingredients from the jar in a large mixer bowl. Mix well.
- Then add two eggs and ¾ cup melted coconut oil. Mix until just combined.
- Add to a greased 10 inch tart pan. Spread out evenly using your fingertips. Bake for 35 minutes, then remove from oven and cool on a baking sheet for 1 hour.
Notes:
*You can use a 9 inch pie pan but you will need to bake for 40 minutes and cool for 2 hours.
